Your Guides
Nadeem Mostafa has lived in the states for the majority of his life. Having been raised in the U.S and just recently relocating to Cairo for the first time at 39, he offers a unique perspective on the foreigner experience in Egypt, as well as a deep understanding of both cultures. Since relocating he has had numerous friends from the states visit and found that he loved to show them around and share all the cool places and hidden gems he’s discovered. So he decided to start Amaken tours with his good friend Mohamed Hakim. Sharing his love for the city and showing that Cairo has much more to offer than what tourists typically experience.
Mohamed Hakim was born and raised in Cairo, Egypt. A driver by profession, he has spent a lot of time over the past 17 years driving foreigners, showing them around Egypt, and sharing his knowledge and experience of life as an Egyptian. He knows the city better than most and loves to share it with anybody interested in diving deeper into the area and exploring beyond the typical tourist attractions.
